4. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order means you are requesting to purchase a product. Orders are confirmed after availability verification and confirmation via website/phone/WhatsApp/email.

5. Payment

Payment options are shown at checkout. If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, you agree to pay the full amount at delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier conditions. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns/exchanges and warranty (if applicable) are handled according to our policy and product details. Physical damage, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
